Green Garden Hummus

Ingredients:

  • 1-15 oz can garbanzo beans
  • drained
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup fresh chopped herbs (dill
  • parsley
  • basil
  • chives)
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
  • green and white parts
  • as garnish

Directions:

  1. In a blender or food processor combine all ingredients except the green onions. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add additional water to your preferred thickness.
  3. Transfer to a bowl and stir in green onions. Garnish with fresh herbs and a drizzle of olive oil.
