Strawberry Rhubarb Sauce

Ingredients:
- 1lb rhubarb stalks
- chopped into small pieces
- 2 cups chopped strawberries
- 1/4 cup honey (more or less to taste)
Directions:
- Put rhubarb, strawberries, and a tablespoon or two of water (more or less to adjust thickness of sauce) in a saucepan and cook over medium low heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture bubbles.
- Simmer until rhubarb becomes soft and sauce starts to thicken, about 5 minutes
- Add honey to taste
- Serve on pancakes, ice cream, angel food cake, waffles, etc.
- Store leftovers in fridge.
- You can use frozen strawberries and frozen rhubarb to enjoy spring flavor all year!
